2. “Jacaranda is well located in the heart of Gueliz. The fish is deliciously fresh, the service amiable and efficient.Particular favourites include the sea bass flambéed with pastis; the mille-feuille of fish; the aoili de la mer...and the unsurpassed spider crab gratin. They also do a highly unusual dish called choucroute (sauerkraut) of the sea, which is outrageously good, but extremely filling (call ahead to order as it takes an added 30 minutes to prepare).Also open for dinner and also serves things other than fish.”
