“I lost my passport 1 day before travelling to Venice, I received an emergency passport 2 days later which meant we couldn't travel for our first night. The hotel was very accommodating, and confirmed us for arrival on our original 2nd day, without charging us for not showing the 1st day. We arrived late in the evening after the restaurant was due to close in the hotel, but they also facilitated us being able to still have dinner there. Fantastic all around customer care.”
