“Hotel stay was very nice. Rooms were not large, but overall quality was excellent. Service was excellent as well, with only one issue related to room service at 3 am. That issue, while not resolved, was addressed by an email from the hotel manager. They do at least listen to the customer.”

I was looking for a different experience in hotel stays starting from the visual impact, something different and perhaps even, unexpected. I work in the industry and I am quite bored with the hotels doing the same formulaic experience.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at Langham Place. Friends warned me that as the hotel is located in Mongkok and not on HK island that I might be disappointed but in reality I think it really added so much to my visit. Staying withing the SAR gave me a different perspective of the "real" China and it is only a 10 minute taxi ride into HK island... with taxi's abundant and so cheap. The service was excellent... rooms a bit small but that is to be expected. The spa was also really fantastic and much needed after the arduous travel.”
