“Excellent rooms: very spacious with lovely services and finishings. Housekeeping is run like clockwork and the personal touches (turn-downs, evening chocolates etc) are pleasing. The downstairs bar and restaurant are first-rate... reasonably priced and most definitely 5 star service. Above all, the location is superb: a quiet, beautiful street within 5 minutes walk of the major shopping strip in BA (Ave Florida).”

“First and foremost, the service at the Sofitel BA was fantastic, particularly given that there was heavy demand for New Year's Eve plans. The concierges and the rest of the front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and honest about what they could and couldn't do. The room service staff could not have been nicer.In addition, while we did not seek out the "I love chocolate" package, it provided many very welcoming and highly enjoyable treats during our stay.”
